A Tenant Build-Out Specialist. Over the past 15 years, Interior Specifics Inc. has successfully worked in the metro Atlanta area, on both small and large scale, commercial, tenant, retail, and restaurant projects.

 Interior Specifics Inc, is Atlanta based which started in 2003.  After working several years in the 90’s building my experience and knowledge from apprenticeship to

 

journeyman to superintendent in the construction industry for major contracting companies, on major monumental projects ( Georgia World Congress Center, Bank of America Tower, Georgia Tech Dorms, the King Tower - Perimeter, and the Grady Hospital Trauma Center ).  

 

 Moving forward to the 2000s, created our own Tenant / Retail Build Out and Finish Company, taking on Many projects through out the Atlanta Metro area.

 Interior Specifics Inc. offers integrated services and is designed with the client in mind, bringing their ideas to life. Facilities include design work, remodeling, modifications, and carpentry.
